Unique place in a unique and very practical location! Extremely hospitable owners, nice rooms fully equipped and a wonderfully relaxed and cozy courtyard. Nice pool also to cool off. Also good food.At Sutopia you can really relax and you will experience so much of the beautiful Surinamese flora and fauna. You can also book the most amazing tours through the owners.In short: highly recommended!

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks.Sutopia is a beautiful resort where you can take a breather. The tranquility is palpable. And that a stone's throw from Paramaribo!At the resort there is a hammock hut on stilts where you have a beautiful view over the Suriname River.The resort is also suitable for a quick trip to the jungle. For a small fee you can take a walk through peperpot to enjoy the flora and fauna. If you want to make even more use of it, you can of course book a tour through Unlock nature, which is definitely recommended to see even more of this beautiful country.We really enjoyed this holiday and it is certainly worth repeating because there is so much more to see in Suriname.

A super personal warm welcome and stay. You immediately feel at home there. Clean apartments and very spacious. Wonderful dinners (what an art of cooking!) Wonderful excursion arranged by Marcel & Jenny. Sutopia has beautiful places to relax outside the apartments. Sutopia is highly recommended.

Great place. With very hospitable people. Delicious (Surinamese) food. We came here to relax after hours of cycling through the beautiful Commewijne.
